DISC training will enable managers to better understand employees, be able to communicate more effectively, motivate teams faster, increase productivity and improve morale.
DISC should be mandatory training for everyone who manages people. Managing employees is complex, people are different, learn how to communicate to improve performance, identifying strengths, understanding employees’ weaker areas. The art of understanding behaviour should be a foundation skill for every manager. Our training will provide the necessary knowledge to be able to make an immediate impact within the workplace.
DISC has 4 separate quadrants. Each quadrant highlights both strengths and weaknesses of employees, we will tarin your managers how to recognise these within the team. We will teach your managers to be able to use this information to be more strategic in their communication to drive results and improve morale
Each participant in the programme will complete their own DISC questionnaire before attending the master class, one to one coaching, and feedback sessions can also be arranged, helping each manager to fully understand their own behaviours and how these affect their teams
The DISC questionnaire takes under 8 minutes to complete, and the results are life changing and extremely powerful, aligning one to one feedback sessions to each participant brings this tool to life, each manager will develop an individual action plan which will be implemented to create real change within the workplace
