How can we Help?
We have developed a collection of training course that will make an impact to the organisation, from understanding each member of the teams personality to be able to communicate more clearly and strategically to managing through tough times being able to spot potential mental health issues early enough to intervene and move an employee through this time and onto being more productive.
We have also developed two strategic coaching courses, our primary course will give each manager the tools to be able to coach their employees be more productive, we will teach each manager the skills necessary to be an effective performance coach.
Our second coaching course is designed around coaching through mental health issues, the ONS have stated that 17.5 million days are lost due to mental health and due to companies not having the tools and experience to manage in this area effectively.
These statistics were gathered before the COVID pandemic, which make it critical for businesses to be at the forefront of ensuring leaders and managers have the tools to coach and lead through the challenging times ahead.
