Wendy’s career started in Customer service and personal development, working with small/medium businesses and multi-national enterprises. Her passion for customer service and empowering individuals to success is second to none, which made coaching the natural next step in her own personal development. Enthusiastic, fun and driven makes her approach to her role infectious.
She is now the lead in our mental health programme and has special interests in anxiety/panic attacks and working with families with dementia.
Understanding the dynamic between mental health and the impact on our everyday life. Wendy works closely with companies delivering our coaching for equality, stigma & impact and cultural/organisation behaviour programmes. She was also the lead on our “Let’s talk” initiative, based on one to one coaching sessions for staff in organisations to encourage the concept that talking fosters a culture of wellbeing and productivity. The successful rollout for 2021 has been a dream fulfilled for Wendy and is her project for the coming year ahead.
