Our head of training has 20 years experience working within global blue chip corporations designing, leading and implementing strategic change.

Ric’s experience spans business management, logistics, customer operations, sales and customer service. He has been involved with global mature organisations, worked with small to medium size businesses and has significant experience in turnaround and change management.

His approach is fun and he is never afraid to think outside the box, his philosophy is every business has different needs, which is why we ensure the bespoke programmes are tailored to your business. Ric has been key in the development of our new Mental Health Leadership programmes, the first of its kind.
