Mental health | Practitioner/Coach

Nigel is a welcome addition to the SWS family and has over 20 years experience working in the nursing sector providing mental health support within our Armed Forces, ministry of defence and NHS. Nigel has degree-level training in Nursing and qualified last year as a coach to enhance those skills and provide a mental health programme with us that is transforming lives.

Nigel’s training has seen his skills utilised both here in the UK, promoting healthcare quality improvement and delivering community mental health services to serving personnel and veterans to name just a few. Abroad, Nigel worked in Germany, Iraq and Bosnia as Officer Commanding the field Mental Health Team as well as working on wards providing in-patient care and treatment for military patients admitted from the UK and around the world.

His extensive experience and ability to connect with people is what has made our programme one of the most developed and intuitive to the companies we work with.
